Prestige Buffalograss

Prestige plugs planted June 10th on 15 inch centers in Los Alamos, New Mexico.

Prestige was released by the University of Nebraska in 2004. It is the top rated buffalograss in the latest national evaluation program. Its broad insect and disease resistance makes it an excellent choice for climates like the south and southeast United States. Prestige has a medium green color and grows to 4 to 6 inches tall with a dense stand of turf.

Shipping Information

Most shipping is done on Mondays to try to prevent plugs from sitting in a warehouse or on a truck over the weekend. Since we ship from the middle of the US, we able to reach both coasts by Friday.
