Sod Must be Pre-Ordered.
Any amount of sod may be picked up from our Mead location during business hours. One piece to several slab rolls, we do all the loading for you! Our slabs weigh less and are easier to install than traditional rolls. We do only cut to order, so you must order in advance to ensure your sod will be available for pick up. Please order one day in advance.
Each slab is 21″ x 42″ or 6 sq ft.
Each slab weighs approximately 30 lbs depending on moisture content.
The following are approximate amounts of what will fit in a standard vehicle.
Car: 100 sq ft
SUV: 150 sq ft – 200 sq ft
1/2 Ton Pick Up: 350 sq ft
